Gown/De-Gown Rooms & Booths, Modular

Gowning and De-gowning Modules are designed to be portable and adaptable for easy integration with existing room openings. Modular construction results in rapid fabrication and installation. Multiple modules can be mechanically joined to create adjoining rooms. When mated, the rooms are fixed in place. An exterior mounted hydraulic lift system with leveling feet accommodates areas with uneven floors. Room lighting and door interlocks are provided as standard for each unit.

A re-circulating HEPA filtration system may be installed in each gown and de-gowning room. Filters can be changed from the interior of each room, or from the process area. A  misting system can be provided in the de-gowning room. This mist shower will supply a fine, low volume wetting “fog” to provide a gentle wetting action intended to fix any loose powder on PPE. The water generated is either collected in the sump of the shower and pumped to a drain, or directed to a process floor drain.
