Modular Process Suites

The Modular Process Suite is a pre-engineered system designed to meet containment or isolation requirements in  support of process changes and facility modifications.

The Modular Process Suite is a cost-effective system offering a controlled, zoned environment that can accommodate cleanliness levels of ISO 8 (class 100,000) through ISO 5 (class 100). The suite provides a sanitary, cleanable space serviced by treated,filtered air. When assembled, the stainless sheathing forms a smooth, crevice free and easily cleanable surface. Windows, doors and mechanical transfers are prefabricated, minimizing site work.

The Modular Process Suite features greatly reduce the time from erection to production. The system can provide a custom interface with standard pharmaceutical equipment such as freeze dryers, autoclaves, dry heat ovens, vacuum dryers, reactors, bins, mills, granulators, compression equipment as well as vial fillers, cell culturing, hoods, down flow booths, isolators and more.

The Modular Process Suite can operate in a positive pressurization mode for aseptic processing, or in a negative pressurization mode for potent compound containment. Versatility of design presents the opportunity to perform multiple processes under one roof.

The “ideal suite” can be client configured to facilitate airlocks and rooms for product and personnel pass-thru. This approach optimizes the overall scheme for proper containment from the “risk management” perspective for both personnel and product safety.
